He attended Ave Maria University just outside of Naples, Florida, where his passion for real estate began to take shape. Even during his college years, Blaise spent weekends touring open houses throughout Naples, studying architecture, design, and market trends long before launching his career in the industry.
Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Blaise built over a decade of high-level sales experience in watersports equipment, luxury vehicles, and performance sports cars.
