About JACOB WATKINS

Jacob Watkins is the co-owner of Christie’s International Real Estate Emerald Coast and a partner at the Blankenship | Watkins Advisory Group. With a diverse background in real estate development, construction, architecture, interior design, and finance, Jacob offers a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the luxury real estate market.

After earning both his bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. in Finance from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, Jacob began his career at Ernst & Young. He moved to Florida’s 30A area in 2012 and quickly became a key player in several successful entrepreneurial ventures within the region’s real estate space.

Prior to launching Christie’s International Real Estate Emerald Coast with Beau Blankenship, Jacob was the owner of 30A Realty and a founding partner at Corcoran Reverie. Over the past seven years, Jacob and Beau have consistently ranked as the top two producers in the 30A market, earning national recognition for their performance. Together, they have surpassed $3 billion in career sales and have outpaced their closest competitor by over $500 million in sold volume since 2021. They’ve also represented half of the top 10 single-family residential transactions in 30A’s history.

Their decision to join forces came from a shared commitment to excellence and a vision for delivering unmatched service in the market—fusing competitive spirit with collaboration to redefine success on the Emerald Coast.

Outside of work, Jacob has been married to his wife, Devan, for 11 years. They live with their two children, Jay-Bird and Nora, on the bay in Point Washington, where they enjoy boating, beach days, and everything life on the water has to offer. The Watkins family are regulars at some of 30A’s best-loved spots, including Oku, Citizen, Paradise, Amici, George's, Borago, The Red Bar, Chiringo, and Gallion's.

Jacob also serves on several boards, including The Sonder Project, the Auburn University Alumni Board of Directors, and the Harbert College of Business Master of Real Estate Development Advisory Board.
